Sale: K16 750hp+ full bolt on conversion kit

Post by dodgydave » Tue Feb 12, 2008 2:00 pm

Guys,

Time to upgrade further. ;-)

This kit includes every part you need and only requires bolt on.

993 K16 Hybrids (water and oil cooled)
Custom Actuators with 220NM springs good for 3.0Bar+ without boost creep
MTM-Manifolds with Zircotec coating and head shields.
MTM K16 Adapters
Modified MRC intake piping
Reinforced and modified subframe (in exchange)
RS-Fabrication 3 inch K16 Down pipes

Plus all other little parts you need like charge pipes, oil/water lines, silicone hoses, gaskets etc

I also throw in a full custom dyno remap with dual wideband O2 and plots if you desire.

The entire kit has been run for 3000 miles, which includes a lot of high speed German Autobahn miles.

I also have a set of those http://www.rs4intercoolers.co.uk/ intercoolers going cheap.

PM me to talk further details and prices.

Cheers,
Dave

Are the intercoolers any good for a B5 S4? If so what sort of £ are we talking,

Taken from the web site link...... http://www.rs4intercoolers.co.uk/

Disclaimer - fitment is for the B5 chassis Audi RS4 only, and due to the size of the intercoolers, we are unable to verify if these will fit other models including the S4. Minor trimming of a plastic bracket may be required for the drivers (RHD) intercooler to clear the AC pipes - please refer to the installation guide for more details.

I think we came to the conclusion that that the didn't fit the S4 without severe alterations to the bumper, and they might interfere with whatever's behind.

Have you got any dyno plots for this kit?

Who would you get to remap a kit like this?

Would i not need bigger injectors, a bigger fuel pump and pressure regulator? Are these included?

Could i really get 750hp on std compression or would this need to be changed too?

Many thanks

I wasn't sure if he meant pay for someone to do this or he would do this himself?

Thanks

Guys

Obviously you'll need the fueling e.g. 630cc injectors, 10 Bar Bosch fuel pump, 5 Bar regulator.
There was a guy running 650hp+ @1.9Bar with this kit on a stock RS4 engine with only a gasket CR drop. This kit delivers up to 2.7Bar.
But I would advice to upgrade at least the rods when you go past 600hp (or 500hp for S4s) anyhow. Certainly I wouldn't run 750hp on stock rods and preferable compression dropping piston rather than just gaskets. Also, S4 heads would be to restrictive. You can use ported RS4 or 2.4/2.8/3.0 natural aspirated heads. You also should run decent intercoolers and water injection to keep the IA temps and EGT on the green scale. You can have just the kit or I can also custom tune your car myself on a 4x4 dyno with power, torque, dual O2 and all other relevant values plotted after you installed this kit.

You can also have 2 maps which can be switched over automatically even under full load. This is handy if you run Water injection. You can run a leaner map and more boost on the water and richer A/F ratios and less boost off the water. This insures that you'll be save when you run out and that you can safely push the engine further on the water.

Regards,
Dave
