WANTED: 19" Double Arm RS4 Alloy Wheels (With tyres)

Post by HardTimes » Mon Jun 05, 2006 5:24 pm

Hi all,

First off I want to say hello to anyone who will read this... I know it's my first post but I thought what better way to join a board than ask for something ;)

I'm after a set of 4 new 19" RS4 double arm wheels for my B7 A4. Preferably with tyres although if the price is right I'll buy them without! :D

Cheers!
Chris

Thanks for the reply... I should maybe have mentioned that I was looking for genuine Audi wheels.

Unless someone can convince me that replicas are any good ;)

Cheers,
Chris

After some more research it would seem that the likelihood of OEM RS4 Double Arm alloys fitting my car is very slim due to the offset. Although the people I have spoken to have not tried to fit them to a B7 A4 they're not 100% sure but they have advised me not to waste money just in case.

Therefore the only real option I have is replicas which I can get for around £850 with tyres...

If anyone else has first hand experience of getting OEM wheels onto a B7 A4 S Line then please let me know.

Cheers,
Chris

hmm fair point. i know the OEM B5 RS4 wheels wouldn't fit on my mates A6 for the same reasons/ rims being too wide rubbing issues etc. No doubt the same for the new RS4 cos they are monsters. Did you check out that contact I gave ya?

Yeah mate, top bloke... he can get decent replicas but also has some nice BBS wheels on offer :D

I'm now deciding what to do! :?

I also presume Audi will make the RS4 wheels fit other cars (like they've done in the past)... ironically though, they'll probably be the same wheels as the replicas ;)

I asked an Audi garage whether Audi OEM wheels are made in the same factory as replicas in Italy, Germany etc. and the guy said "I can't possibly comment" that meant yes for me ;)
