I have a genuine Audi Ipod dock that I had fitted to my RS4, it replaced the CD changer in the glove box and is a simple 5min job to change, no coding required. My Ipod has gone kaput, so is no longer required.

£100 + Del or collection from Leeds.

Hi Adam. Is this is full working order and do you know how much delivery is? I'm all the way down in Plymouth. :boohoo:

First come, first served so they say. Seems I was too slow on this one

Are you using this to replace like or like or switch from the cd changer? If its the latter of the two would you mind letting me know how easy/ difficult it was to do?

Cheers!

Swapping CD changer. Looks simple enough, will see when I get to it.

Final got home yesterday and got it fitted.

2 of the pins for the RNS-e in the slots on the CD player. Push then pull. Unclip the single plug at the back. Clip in iPod unit clip and push into slot. 3 mins.

Test all working fine just need 2010+ RNS-e fitted to get the track names. Next stage. Currently will only play your playlists and you don't know which track.

Thanks for the unit.

I don't think it will give you track names at all, even on a 2010+ RNS-E… You'd need an AMI set up for that - which this isn't…

I think you'll just get playlist 1 - 5 plus every other track on your iPod showing in playlist 6.

CraigyB did explain to me the the newer gen 2010 RNS-E has a different set up for CAN and TMC, so v problematic to fit also.

I just thought sod it, and stuck an AUX input in instead, so now I can use Spotify and more.
