Eurodyne (Chris Tapp) ECU with 630cc file, 4" MAF , injector

A drop in "moderate to big" turbo file for the 1.8tqs (20v AJL code)

will support anything between a GT25-GT3071 framed turbos up to around 450bhp, MAF driven so can be run at low or high boost without issue.

All you need comprising replacement ECU, 630cc Seimens injectors (4 of), 4" MAF with loom to splice into OEM loom.
Plug and play, adaptable through Lemmiwinks/Vagcom
