Are the brakes still for sale? Will they fit a B5 S4 facelift model?

hi yes they will but you would need 18" alloys to clear i am sure

I have 18" RS4's already on the car - any other mods required to fit them? how many miles have the disks and pads done? Are the calipers in good working order?
