Yes you do, Although check the date of the NIP letter and make sure its sent out within 14 days of the offence. I strung my last SPECS nip out and it went over the 6 month time limit which meant they couldnt prosecute...... Unlucky!aka_dk wrote:Yes but by law you have to say who was driving?

Sh*t... I was on M56/60 both Monday night and Tuesday afternoon..... I certainly wasn't keeping to any speed limitsaka_dk wrote:62mph on the M60

its only a small stretch on the M60, I know where I got caught out
it goes from NSL to 50, the road doesnt change, its just because there are adjoining slips .... I remember suddenly noticing the SPECS and the 50 limit and thinking <beep>, i had CC on at 85mph ... so i guess im lucky it wasnt higher
