drivers seat airbag wanted

to fit B5 RS4 with recaro black half leather. This is the separate plastic section airbag not the one that is fitted inside the seat padding like the S4 etc.

been offered one for £108. Is this a good price for a second hand item? Anyone know how much a new one is?
