You might struggle to find one from an RS4. Some of the other A4 ones fit but you'll need to paint it.
You need to be careful getting the right one....you need one with four rows of the black grille underneath the number plate holder as per the attached pic. Some only have three rows
The surround can be removed & you could fit it to the RS4 honeycomb

That is hopeful that i could salvage the chrome trim from a similar (more readily avaialble grill.....)
