I refurbed the original RS6 wheels in anthracite and put those back on.

They would clear the brakes cause they're the same front calipers if I remember correctly, but you'd have to check your offsets.
If they do fit, they would look amazing imo.

Shouldn't be an issue.

Standard size is 19x9 et29 and many B7 owners run 10-20mm spacers.
