Advice and PCD adapters

I've bought some Q7 20'' 10J ET44 speedlines to go on the RS4 (B7) and now I'm looking for a set of pcd adapters but not sure what thickness to go for.. I've seen people fit them with 15mm but would 20mm fit? car sits fairly low on H&R coils... I'll be putting on 265 30 20 pilot supersports... so there's two things I'm asking you guys:
1 - given the size of the wheel and tyre what is the best thickness adapter to go for
2 - has anyone got some spare adapters they'd like to sell?
Thanks in advance!

I may just be able to help.
I have those wheels, 255/30/20 and fitted with 15mm adaptors on my b7 with pss9’s. See piccy. Only the very odd rub..but tyres are slightly slimmer than yours so I doubt 20mm would work tbh.

I'm guessing the rubbing is at the rear so just wondered if you know what your camber is set at..?

If you do get the adaptors...ensure you can get the alum / bolts to attach them coz for mine, this was the hardest part to source.
