I have a titanium one. And all the titanium trim bits to match.
FYI the diffuser is the same for pre facelift.

Mike - actually just checked and it’s the trim around the diffuser I need. The one that on yours is titanium - except I need black.
I’m assuming they come as a package but if anyone ha dthat trim even better!

It's the Trim Spoiler.
Part number 4G9 807 731.
For gloss black I think it is 4G9 807 731 Y9B.
