Just a suggestion.
How about, instead of selling your unneeded wheel, why not offer some kind of rental type of offer.
Only saying, as I was forced to buy a cheap ish set of wheels as I had two buckled wheels, which weren’t an over night fix. There was also the possibility that one of the wheels wouldn’t have been fixable, but it wasn’t going to be known until they started work on it.
I had to keep the car on the road, quickest way was to get a set of 4 wheels sent over night, get the tyres swapped, then got the originals fixed and refurbed, which I was able to do in my own time as there wasn’t a mad rush to do it now.
Surely there’s a market for renting the one wheel for those out in a similar position?
If I could have found a £20/40/60/80 a week rental to get me out of trouble, it would have saved me the hassle of buying a complete set while the wheels got refurbed.
Just a thought?...
