is the centre the correct 57.1mm or 66.6mm?

Bore looks to be about 68mm.
Part number is 8K0 601 027D if this helps.

as long as the centre bore is same or bigger and pcd/offset is correct it wont matter for a spare-its only to limp you to a tyre
