The original metal fasteners are on the blind and the original stick on plastic window holders are available but have been prised off the old car. Certainly usable but ideally you'll want to fit with some new fasteners.

Do they just click in and out?
Ie easy and fast to remove?

Yes and no. They are probably as easy as you would expect for something that is retrofit i.e., not quite as easy as sliding the a blind up that is integrated in the door card. Equally, they pop in and out of the window aperture easily enough. Ultimately whether it is easy or not is a bit subjective really. I tended to avoid taking them out if I could help it but would do so pretty readily if required. I hope that helps, all I would add is; if you need dimming, unless you have integrated blinds or are willing to swap out the door cards for ones with integrated blinds - then you have no choice but to use blinds that work in this way.
