For Sale: Vossen CV1 in Matte Black with gloss black lip (custom colour)

Bought new Feb 2015; mounted 10.04.15 & removed 22.08.15 (covered approx. 2600 miles); pristine condition . 20"x10.5" ET30; needed 3mm spacers at front to clear RS4 B8 BBK (non-ceramic); these are not included in sale. Centre bore 66.5mm. RRP was £2,200 (+ £200 to refinish with matte black centre & gloss black lip). These are no longer available to buy new.

I understand that these will fit A5 & S5; RS5 will probably have same issues clearing BBK as stated above.

Projex did a set of CV1s for an R8 but, as you can see from this image, the fronts are pretty much flat and I suspect are 9" width whilst the rears have a large concave profile and are probably close to the 10.5" width that I'm selling. I believe that the following RS4 has the Vossen CV1 19x10 ET36 with 22mm spacers (making ET14). If that is the case, then there should be enough space to fit my 20x10.5 ET27 rims (i.e. including 3mm spacer to clear brakes). My rims would be inset by 7mm compared to the ones in the image.

The big issue will be with the tyres. Minimum recommended is 275/30r20 (and that's even a stretch to some). The standard RS4 B7 set up has 255/35r19 tyres on ET29 rims so the edge of the tread of the 275/30 will sit 12mm closer to the wheel arch. You need to check whether this is possible with your current standard set up. Alternatively you could use a 265/30r20 tyre but this will be a stretch and will probably expose the outer rim edge when fitted. That would mean that the tyre would sit 7mm closer to the arch.

BTW the edge of my rims will poke out a considerable 21mm from the standard.

Its possible and would be extremely aggressive; depends on the look you're after.

Oops just noticed that the RS4 has -4.0 degrees camber to accommodate the rims so my advice above is probably not valid and my rims would NOT fit the RS4 B7 with standard camber settings.

Further to above; these Vossen CVTs are same spec as mine so would give same aggressive look with, I suspect, plenty of rubbing!

Might be a touch OTT but could be worse...

LOL, no for the C7 RS6.

I think they'd still look superb Mike.

20s look just too small on the C7, not helped by having a too high profile.
Shame they don't make them anymore, I don't think they made them in 21" anyway so it would have had to be the 22s which means a new set of tyres to add to the cost too.
