Im interested in one too, how do you get the radio out and where are you guys routing the cable end to? Ta

You need some radio keys (like £2 on eBay and well worth having handy!) and then route the cable to the glove box or armrest which ever you fancy. You'll need to drill a small hole in the glovebox or wherever to route the cable through unless you come up with a more imaginative way of routing the cable - but it's very simple

Job done.

Pulled out the RNSE using the keys - had to drop the drivers side under dash trim so I could give the unit a push from the back. Fitted the plug and cable tied to rest of the loom for strain relief. Pulled out cd changer in glove box and then fiddled cable thru to back of glove box. There was oblong hole in back upper shelf in glove box to left of the cd changer so enlarged this a bit and threaded the 3.5mm jack into the glove box. This leaves just enough cable for passenger to operate the device when attached. Recoded using Vagcom.

All works - music from iPhone plays thru aux in.
Input level is bit low even with volume on iPhone at max (likely the load presented by the RNSE is bit low compared to a set of headphones) but audio quality is great (I rip at high bit rates).
