Removed from my RS prior to sale, a superb vented c/f bonnet that I imported from the USA at a cost of almost £2500 including duty and taxes. The bonnet was then lacquered and had Aerocatch locks fitted. These were a nightmare to fit by a specialist as he only had one chance! The underbonnet of an RS does not lend itself to the fitting of bonnet locks and they needed to be precise.

Looks fantastic in the flesh. I'm looking for around £2,000 to include delivery within the UK, but Highlands etc. is extra.

Where would you buy another one???

I've had a few 'silly' offers for this - can anyone offer something sensible that reflects the rarity? It also happens to be a stunning addition to the standard RS4.

I have been looking for a while for a photo of a black rs4 with a carbon bonnet. It would look great faded in from the wings.

When I was last at MRC a couple of weeks ago there was an RS4 there with frontal crash damage and it had a carbon bonnet that had been damaged. Might be worth calling MRC to see if the owner of that car is looking for another carbon bonnet.

These hoods/bonnet are very good quality.

@op how is the carbon now after 3 years, any discolouration? How much you looking for?
