MRC tuned the car.

I appreciate that mate but I already gave the green light for audi to do it. I got a few quotes from local garages here and surprisingly they we're even more than Audi.

You can all bury your heads in the sand if you want but a coolant pipe is one thing and a new prop or engine or gearbox is another. Take your car in with a burst pipe and they will not be that bothered if it has been tuned. Faced with a bill for 30k for a new engine they will find your removed tune. I can't believe people still think they will get away with it. The OP is proof of that yet some of you still think your experienced tuner will be able to hide it better.

Can't believe folk still believe in this day and age you can CON one of the biggest car manufacturers in the world?

You honenslty believe your "tuners" software can beat VAG or any other car maker?....your living in cloud cuckoo land.

Pay your money and take your chances!!....man up and live with the risk knowing what can happen

No dig at OP by the way...hope you get sorted.

Audi in Dubai will close the doors on a warranty if you do so much as change an air filter.. (Those are the words of Audi, not me)

And FYI these tuners are able to hack into the ECU and change the maps etc by getting under the table from Audi itself.

I'm with Mike and Chris on this one. When my engine went pop nearly two months ago the first thing Audi requested was a full check for any evidence of mapping. Luckily not mapped otherwise I'd be best part of £40k down 😫😫😫. You cannot remove all evidence of mapping on these cars.

Ok mate my brother had s3 gearbox gone in his 2017 s3 and map was removed and they changed the gearbox under warranty. Anything can be hacked by the right people even if its audi or apple 😂.

That's fraudulent. If you think you can beat them fill boots. Publicising that fact on a public forum isn't too bright.
