B7 RS4 Lower Door Blade, Front Right (8E0853960)

Hi all,

Age old question I would imagine, but does anyone happen to have a front right lower door blade for an RS4 (B7) part number 8E0853960 / 8E08539607DL ?

Tried all the dealers and now discontinued, tried eBay but mostly junk, any help appreciated.

The post is two years old, but I am also looking for this... doesn't seem to be anything available anywhere. Maybe someone has 3D printed it? I also know the part is the same as the B6 S4...Part number is 8E0853960 7DL,Thanks!!

Do people normally swap out all the door blades for alternative ones that will fit if they can't get the specific RS4 ones? Absolute b*llache trying to find replacements.

I’ve paid for one to be developed. Reverse scanning of the passenger side to make a CAD drawing to then have a mould made. Back mounting part will be laser cut.

Mid June I should be providing my car to test fit the part.

I’ll then own the mould and can order them to sell.

I've been saying someone should do this for years! Do let us know if it goes well and if you're able to 3D print them etc
