C7 catalytic converters and suspension

Hey all. new to this site and joining because of a mate had bought an 2015 c7 rs6 that came with a upgraded exhaust plus suspension a couple of years ago receiving the standard suspension and catalytic converters with the car. However he sold the car shortly after and has came across the suspension and cats. He wanted to scrap the cats and has received offers of £400 pound each for them. But they are like brand new and think it would be a waste as im sure new cats are a costly item to replace so would there be any interest in them or the suspension
