I've only got the mirror caps, been wanting to put my pair on fleabay but haven't had the opportunity. My mirror caps have the extra cut out for the blinds pot sensors. Obviously you're looking for the whole which I don't have and can't help you with that.

Hi there thanks for the reply I’ve had a Fault with mine since I bought the car ,anyways cut a long story took short removed it off today and it’s been botched it looks like it’s a std a6 one was advised it was a faulty door control module but alas not so
So to answer your question it is a complete mirror I need
