B7 RS4 NGK Platinum Spark Plugs

Bought these to rule out plugs being at fault on a missfire, they have done less than 2000 miles as I kept them in untill I got the issue sorted. I have had them sat in my garage ever since, was going to fit them back in the car when it was due new plugs, but don't think I will have the car long enough to reach that point.
