About to trade in my C5 RS6 - Opportunity for a bargain

Hey Guys,

I think I'm about to push the button on a C6. The Audi dealership have offered a terrible trade-in as you'd imagine so I thought I'd see if anyone here would like first refusal. I'm thinking sub £10k if you can move quickly.

2003, Avus Silver (I believe), 92.5k, FSH, Bilstein PSS9 (6 months old), Milltek non res (6 months old), MRC mapped 504PS, new MOT, year's tax. £6.5k spent recently including recent intercooler refurb, brand new discs/pads, MAFs, rocker cover gaskets, service, all at MRC.

More pics at http://ebws.co.uk/RS6/. She's in various states of cleanliness ranging from freshly detailed to absolutely filthy. Also some of the pics are pre suspension/exhaust mods.

Make me a good offer and collect ASAP and its yours. Faults? Very slight vibration at ~80mph (likely wheel balancing) and slight oil seep from somewhere under the car which MRC couldn't identify. Neither of which spoil the enjoyment of the car.

I would hang on for a bit mate dont rush a sale and loose to much money as this is a well speced and worked on car and should produce a decent return for you. Good cars are hard to find! There will always be other c6's available...

I'm happy to take a bit of a hit - these RS cars exist to waste money. However I'd rather it went to a fellow forum member rather than an Audi dealership and on to auction.

Thanks for the offers of part exchanging parts but that's exactly the kind of hassle I want to avoid. I work ridiculous hours and just haven't got the time.

Thanks for all the interest but the car is now sold, to a dealer who I believe is a member of the forum.

And 24hrs later it's back on eBay! Aparrently the gearbox is now updated/serviced too, wonder if it'll fetch more now!

A bit shocked it went so cheap, good luck with the C6!

Went for £7700 ish, robbed or what.

Gutted for Adam,

and myself saying that I would've paid more than that but it needed selling before I could have the money for it.

I sold it way too cheap but ultimately I want a C6. Going to see one tomorrow afternoon.

Interesting that it's back on eBay though.

£7777. I turned down a number of offers from members here for more as I thought the auction would end higher. Ultimately I described the car honestly and fairly and that was my downfall.
