Hi Guys,

As you may know my B3 80 has been at Bahnstorm for 5 months - so I bought a car to keep me mobile while I have been waiting, I picked this beauty up 2 months ago and it has served me very well covering 1,500 miles since purchase, BUT... My baby is just about ready to be collected and I really can't be running two cars!! :nonod:

It did have some really niggly things missing and needed some TLC and during that time I have done the following:

- Full Blue half leather interior, cleaner, reconditioned and sorted (no rips or tears)
- New wind deflector
- Clear Indicators
- Oil Change
- Stereo CD player fitted
- Replaced front dash speakers
- fixed window switches
- new temp gauge
- fixed 12v power supply
- new front n/s tyre
- tax disc
- floor mats
- extensive clean
- new numberplates
- new gaiter

As you can see the car is in incredible condition considering it has covered 180,000 miles, but it has full history with a record of the last cambelt change (can't remember of the top of my head but know it wasn't ages ago), the only thing I think it will need if I am honest is top mounts (clunks a little if you push down on the slam panel and the car moves up and down) and some front discs.

Everything works on it as it should, manual roof doesnt leak (jet pressure wash tested), no wear or tears in roof or rear window, gauges and switches all work, exhaust is sound and doesnt blow, no rust, couple of minor age related marks but nothing serious, usual milky window base, abs works, no gearbox noise or crunches, MOT till september, tax the same...

Anything you want to know, just ask as the vehicle as it is in much better condition then when I got it!

NOTE: Since the pictures were taken (last week before the rain) I have fitted the matching blue leather door cards.

Loads of pics up here for you to view:

Just a quick note to say that if anyone is interested in viewing any of the history, I scanned everything relating the the vehicle and it is available to view via PDF. Drop me a line and I can send you a link to the file.
