Wanted: B8 S4 Avant

Hello all,
I am looking for the following car. I'm a private buyer "downgrading" from a B7 RS4 saloon.
Must have:
S4 Avant 3.0 Supercharged (end of 2009 and on)
S-tronic gearbox
Preferably grey metallic/pearl but would consider phantom black or deep sea blue
Black leather or alacantra (not silver or red)
Sat nav (pref tech pack high)
Would like:
Sports diff and drive select
Sports seats
Rear seat entertainment
Panoramic sunroof
They are lovely cars and there aren't many around but ready to buy.
