Audi B6 S4 Avant for sale... :(

Decided to put my Audi B6 S4 Avant up for sale. Its been the best all round car i've owned and i'm gutted i'm selling it, but I need to free some money up for home improvements etc, plus it just sits there doing nothing most of the time so bit of a waste!!
Anyway spec is as follows....
Car is a late 53 plate but with a private S4 plate which will stay on the car. I bought this plate when I bought the car and have the certificate/DVLA reg etc which will be transferred to the new owner.
84000 miles, used at weekends so may go up a bit. Most of the mileage was done by the previous owner who drove down to his house in France regularly in it!
Full service history, 99% sure it’s all Audi except the last which was done at TTS Roadsport (where I bought the car from)
Bright Red but vinyl wrapped matt black as most will know. Bodywork though is minty mint underneath and all original so not covering any dodgy paintwork, rust etc!! I have pictures of the wrap in progress to show the underneath. If required the wrap can come off.
Has full Black heated Recaro (nappa), seats are also electric with electric lumbar support
RNSE stereo with the twin SD card slots. Got the Europe DVD but not the UK, can be bought on ebay....
Bose system (best sounding standard hi-fi IMO)
Xenon headlights, auto height, auto switch on etc etc etc

9.5x19” BBS LM rep alloys with 235/35/19 Falken 452s (not even a month old and I paid £1000 for them!
H&R lowered suspension (under a month old), not overly low but low enough. 4 wheel laser alignment has been done as well so drives perfectly and isnt bumpy at all!!
RS4 Rear Anti Roll Bar
New front wishbone arms (noticed a knocking noise and wasn’t sure which one it was so replaced them all for piece of mind! No knocks now!
BMC Panel filters
Milltek non-resonated cat back exhaust (don't need to say how good it sounds!!), also have a Milltek resonated centre section I will chuck in as well
Brand new EBC Ultimax front brake discs/pads. Not fitted yet as they arent due for a couple of thousand miles but these will be included if I get near to the asking price.
Original unused spare 18” Avus alloy and tyre
Carbon detailing (blades, rear lower valance, roof spoiler)
Car itself is mint, its been a joy to own, the matt black wrap but its easily removable back to the red (as per when I took the white wrap off!!) if prefered.
The leather is in mint unworn condition with no rips, tears or signs of age.
It’s always been snow foamed and polished when washed (when it wasn’t wrapped) and always kept clean!
Overall it’s a fully sorted beautiful condition S4 that turns heads, has no faults, a real head turner and most of the usual modifications that are done on these have already been done!!! I bought the car from a fellow forum member on here who I'm sure will vouch its beautiful condition.
Bad bits....
Trying to think of some but honestly there isnt any! It always starts on the button, everything inside works as it should. Its due for a service in 400 miles (only a basic service) so will either get this done if I hit the miles or if it sells before i'll amend the price or get it serviced if the new owner would prefer before collection. (service cost will be included in price). I'll be getting the aircon regassed as its starting to smell a little when first switched on so will be fresh as a whistle when sold! There are no parking dings, dents, scratches down the sides, couple of stone chips on the front as expected but thats it!!
I'm after around the £11,995 mark for it with all the new bits included. I'm aware that the mods won't necessarily add value to the car but with the condition its in i feel its definitely priced correctly.
Below are a few pictures taken last week. I'm currently working in Singapore/Vietnam until next week but will take more detailed interior/engine pics when i'm back. Car is based in Wickford, Essex. Please no test pilots or timewasters and anyone wishing to drive must show me valid insurance etc.....
