Hi.

Our Polo Dune TDi is for sale as our latest baby arrived last Saturday 19th, and this is now too small to be our second car.

It's a real shame as it's a great fun car, and is hardly used. One owner, full VW history etc.

Is this the 4WD Dune variant? I seem to recall some were and some were not?

No - none were 4x4 at all.

Thanks for clearing that up, depending on where you read the information it did or did not have 4x4 and I could never find the answer straight from VW.

Yeah - I read a road test in I think it was the Times or the Scotsman where the journalist wrote that it had 4x4!

If that was the facts he took away from VW then he must have really got the wrong end of the stick!

Yup! not many gee-gees, but plenty torque! Great fun car. Would keep it if the boot was twice the size.
