Looking for the owner of my old Nardo B7 for buy back

Post by CallumB7 » Wed Jul 28, 2021 7:57 pm

As per the title, I am trying to track down the owner of my old Nardo B7 for a buy back as I just miss it and would love it back. At the time it was sold it had the reg NK06 YJF but might have changed since. I have no idea who has it, but if anybody happens to know the current owner, or somebody who does - i'd really appreciate you putting me in touch, even if its just for a chat.

Thanks!

Post this up on the RS4 OC and RS4 Owners groups on Facebook, someone should know where the car is.

Looks like it still on the same plate, and had new diffuser etc. fitted recently. Check this guy’s YouTube channel -

Amazing work, thank you so much. I've contacted the guy via Discord so hopefully will hear back soon. Looks like he's fairly local to me too. Fingers crossed gents!

I wish I could claim it took special skills, but honestly just a google search of the reg number then hit Images.

It tends to work well, in so far as often seems to return images from pages where the reg itself isn’t listed - hence not showing up on a normal search. I can only assume that there’s some form of basic character recognition carried on cached images, but might be talking out of my arse!

Either way, good luck, and I know how it feels - still regret selling mine every day…

Well if this isn't fate, I dunno what is. That's my old car, the one I just happen to be looking for - on sale the exact time I am trying to buy it back.

I have of course bought it and couldn't be more excited to once again be the owner :)

Thanks @James1984 for posting this I'm not on Facebook so might have never seen it.

Well done

I hope that I do not feel the same way as you when my car goes.
I was hesitating when I was listing it.

I was thinking to pull it of sale today

I even had a dream it was getting sold to my local chip Shop owner as he likes it and I woke up worried ! ?

Having been in your exact position, my advice would be don't do it. I regretted selling mine the minute I did and have done since. I've had a Gen 1 R8 V10, and a C7 RS6 since and neither of them made me smile like the RS4 B7, which is why I am going back (well, that and the fact that some nobber in a Seat Ibiza drove into my RS6 and wrote it off). Plus, the value is on the rise now, some of which you can attribute to the global cost of cars increasing - but I think good examples of RS4's are getting harder to find and more sought after so it will either hold or continue to increase in value, but I can't see them decreasing massively.

Hi I think you are right everyone tells me not to sell it. They say I will never get another 1 like it what I guess is true.
The hard tops seem to have gone up a fair bit the soft top are holding but no doubt will also go up.
The RS4 B7 cab ticks all the boxes if you want a soft top and it does put a smile on my face.
