C5 RS6 Saloon (low mileage) SOLD

Good home required for my RS6, it only has 49k miles, still smells like new inside.
I have owned for 6 years, always covered and garaged, cam belt, water pump etc, genuine Audi parts changed about 400 miles/2 years ago.
Engine, exhaust, inter coolers are standard, it has always been warmed up sympathetically.
The only modifications are Bilstein coilovers changed by a previous owner, I have had Hotchkiss anti roll bars fitted, a great improvement.
Serviced by my local VW/Audi specialist over the last 6 years.
Gearbox has had the required oil change before 40k, it is the original and changes gears fine.

Books at £9850.
I'll put 10 on table to sweeten the deal

The entire motor trade throws the “book” away on collectible stuff like this, and has pretty much thrown the “book” away on everything else this year due to the really high demand.
It is more relevant to look at that it’s worth in the market - I reckon you’re spot on with £15k. Good luck with sale.

If I wasn’t married. This would already be sat on my drive next to my existing C5 Saloon.
£15 k seems about right for such a low mileage example.
Presuming it is in really good condition and everything works.

If anyone would like to come and look or chat about the car and price that`s fine, it`s one of the cheapest on Pistonheads, if you want a 10k or cheaper RS6 fill your boots,
a car that has sat in the sun most of it`s life, had uncaring owners, will never be the same as a cared for car, and low mileage is not everything.
Condition, condition, it might look shiny and go well but be a dog, most people can tell a good original car, it`s the same as going out and getting the beer goggles on, when you wake up in the morning and the make up is gone, the one lying next to you burps, farts, and you think " I am never drinking again", the cold light of day shines through.
I digress, what can you get for the price ? a new Dacia Duster.
I have cared for my RS6, it is my hobby, I have a daily driver, I have a garage and it has a cover, I use Gtechniq to protect the paint, Connolly Hide care, rainX, Shell V power,
I have it serviced using the correct oil and only use Audi parts, I have covered under 3000 miles in 6 years, MOT history on the DVLA.
Regards Matt

Unfortunately not, I had two people interested from the Forum, one liked it but didn`t like the colour, the other wanted an inspection, and I agreed to take it to QST, but no correspondence after, I sold via Pistonheads in only 6 days, to a great guy called Russell who had owned one previously, he absolutely loved it, it went no haggling with number plate, spares and RS246
Stickers in the window.
