2001 B5 RS4

Post by Adam L » Thu Jan 23, 2020 9:44 pm

December 2001 car
Mileage 117k
12 months MOT
Avus Silver

I have owned this car for almost 5 years, it's been an awesome vehicle and I've taken the best care possible with it. I've had some impressive cars in my time and I usually get bored within 2 years, so to keep this as long as I have is truly a testament to how great it really is. I managed to keep it during my house purchase 2 years ago but the next financial burden in life, my wedding, is almost here so it really is time to let someone else take the reigns and enjoy it as much as I have.

Some info on the car and work that has been carried out. I won't go into dramatic detail, but stick to the main things, as the service history is extensive.

The car has 3 sets of keys, the original bill of sale from Audi West London is still present with the car too. Full service history from Audi main dealer early in its life, then from Audi specialists thereafter.

In my ownership, from 108k miles the car has had a lot of components replaced all with high end or genuine parts. Alternator, rear suspension towers, rear calipers, front brakes, clutch(less than 400 miles) flywheel, coilpacks, both turbos (less than 400 miles), lambda sensors and the list goes on. Cambelt done at 112k miles. It will due due again June 2021 at the 4 year mark as I have not used the car much in the last 2 years. Both cylinder heads were stripped and rebuilt at 86k miles, prior to my ownership due to the cam wear these engines suffer with.

I have also carried out quite a number of modifications on the car that only make these cars far more focused and fun the drive as it was relatively standard when I purchased it.

Full turbo back Miltek exhaust with resonated system and sports cats
Viper remap with launch control
Tanoga lightweight flywheel
TFSI coilpack conversion
Wagner intercoolers with carbon shrouds
Brembo 6 pot front calipers with 344mm AMG discs
H&R coilovers
H&R rear anti roll bar
Podi boost gauge
Liquid gauge for scanning faults in centre vent
Power wise the car is estimated at 470bhp

Bodywork is above average for a car that is 19 years old, no signs of rust externally as it is well kept. The wheels are genuine hard type that are spotless with very good Conti Sport 5 tyres. The private reg will be sold with the car.

Strictly a cash sale only, so don't waste yours or my time with part ex offers. The only payment accepted is via bank transfer

£18,995

Pictures to follow shortly.
