Modifications: ideally none but a few changes I could live with
History: full only
Budget: max £18k

Would need to have the oil seal changed and other common issues such as corroded pipes replaced.

Rest I'm open to options and suggestions from people. In no massive rush so happy to wait for the right one to come along
