If you are a handy mechanic there's a guy on FB selling a TTS charger for £8.5K (I think he'd deal IMHO...).
Pick up a decent car within your spec and DIY maybe?

Not fixed on price cap tbh. I don't think £30k + for one would work however unless mileage is very low.

Sam the guy selling the charger is a good chap. I think that was his plan too.
