B7 RS4 Avant for sale - 58,375 miles

Car is to factory specification with no modifications.
Registered on 22nd Dec 2006 with 3 previous owners, it’s been a much-loved car that I have owned for over 6 years. I ran it on a personal plate, but it’s now back on its original number LA56 EKT.
Optioned new with wing-backed heated Sports Seats, Sports Steering Wheel, Super Sports Suspension, Technology Pack (Sat Nav System Plus, Swivelling Adaptive bi-xenon Headlights, etc.), Bose Sound System, Electric Slide and Tilt Solar Sunroof and Front Centre Armrest. Obviously, all of the standard RS4 features are also still present and operative (Cruise Control, Parking Aids, etc).
I have two keys, and all manuals, documents and invoices and the original build codes. It’s been serviced by Coulsdon and Guildford Audi and more recently had work done by a local specialist workshop. In addition to the regular service items, it’s had new brake discs, a new power steering pump and cooling radiator, oil rad hose, some new DRC components and sundry other items (all work save the oil rad hose done by Audi). In December it had new injectors (x8), spark plugs (x8) and Lamda sensors (x2).
The MOT runs through to 28th November 2019.
