I’ve decided to put my RS6 up for sale, priced at £10,750 to include a set of 4 Continental winter tyres with approx. 8mm tread, i.e. barely used.
The car is completely standard RS spec with the only modification being a Milltek exhaust.
I bought the car from a forum member nearly 5 years ago, covering around 20,000 miles since then including 3 European holidays. It’s been completely reliable and great fun to have – the reason for putting it up for sale is limited use in the last couple of years due to work commitments.
Current mileage is 99,638, but will increase slightly with use.
The MOT is due in May but I’ll put a new MOT on if a sale is agreed.

Unit 20 fitted a new Audi gearbox, oil cooler and non-resonated cat-back Milltex exhaust at 65,928 miles and the DRC has been replaced with KW V3’s
In August 2014 I had the full cambelt change done at Unit 20, including idlers, lever arm, waterpump, etc, due to time (4 year recommended change) rather than mileage.
The car has been very well looked after since then, properly serviced, garaged and not used in poor weather. I have all the invoices, etc, couple of highlights being a full gearbox service (using all Audi genuine parts) at 94,182 miles and another full cambelt kit, water pump etc in May last year at 97,773 miles.
The bodywork is in very good condition, some age related stone chips but no scrapes or dents.
The bad points (there had to be some!) – the sat nav occasionally needs the code entering when first starting the car, it seems to have started when a previous battery went flat. Also, when trying to negotiate a steep car park ramp over in Belgium the self-levelling adjuster on one of the headlights did itself a mischief and the mechanism failed. The lights work fine, i.e. good beam pattern, but don't auto adjust and have never been a problem on an MOT (several MOTs since this happened) but there is a fault code usually displayed on the dash to indicate the problem. The wheels could use a refurb, no damage but would look smarter if done.
