WTD C6 RS6

Post by bazsroa » Wed Sep 26, 2018 7:41 pm

Hi everyone :bigwave:

Ive owned and still have a C5 RS6 for the last 8 years and planning on keeping it for many years to come, but I'm after a 2009/2010 C6 RS6 avant to add to my collection perfebly under 75000mls, 2-4 owners, well spec'd and maintained, don't mind if it's modded either.
I know I'm asking quite a lot, but I'm planning on keeping it long term. :kissmyrings:

Cheers

Wow What a machine! but sadly it's done a 100k I'm looking for something around 75k or less and an avant. As I have 3 kids and all the gear that goes with them.

Thanks anyway

Why is the mileage so important? These cars will do silly miles, and just becasue its less than 75k doesn't means its in better condition than one with 100k? Plus finding low owner cars like these will be hard, especially as they get older and more affordable to buy. People buy them to try for a while then get fed up with the running costs so move them on.

I have just started to think of selling my RS6 Avant. It has been very well maintained and is in great condition. it has most options, and only missing adaptive cruise control.
it has covered 63,000 miles and has had the MRC treatment at around 57,000 miles with UK road use only since the work was done. It is fitted with the resonated miltek exhaust system, but i have the non resonated pipes as well, i changed them as i found them too loud.
it is Sepang blue and has absolutely no issues. I looked at a lot of cars before fining this one.
if you are interested please message me. or mail me robin@strong-point.co.uk

looking for £25,000

Hi Toady1
I would like a low mileage example as im keeping it long term like my C5 which I've had for 8 years and still keeping.
Basically I'm collecting them. :biggrin3:

Uk market just doesnt like 100k mile cars, still seen as end of life for a car and value falls of a cliff. You can buy a B7 with 100k miles for £10k or £25k for sub 50k miles. Mileage is very important with that kind of money involved. Its a shame as they could easily double that.

Yes and this is proven in Germany where these are still going strong at over 200k miles. Understandable if the OP want to keep it long term though. Depends how many miles a year you do I guess...
