Imola B7 RS4 Avant - Wanted

Ideally looking for Avant with under 50k miles and an impeccable service history.
No accident/repair damage.
I am open to suitable cars irrespective of options fitted, not going to die in a ditch if comfort pack seats fitted or no sunroof. I will buy on condition.
Preferably low ownership but I am realistic enough to know that there’s not many 1 owner 30k mile cars out there.......let alone in Imola.
Space unfortunately a premium so I will need to let the B6 S4 Avant go.......but not until I have found the right car.
Any leads on cars would be very much appreciated.
