B7 RS4 Saloon (Still under Audi Warranty)
Posted: Thu Jul 19, 2018 10:08 am
Selling my B7 RS4 after a year and a half of ownership, as it doesn't get used much as a second care and, to be honest, my eco conscience is weighing heavily (we are considering not having any car at all!)
Spec:
• Avus silver pearlescent (great colour for the saloon)
• 55,500 miles
• Buckets
• FBSW
• Solar Sunroof
• Bose
• Auto dimming rear view mirror
• Fridge in glove box
• Sat Nav
• Centre arm rest
• Heated front and rear seats
• Dark wood inlays (but I have a full set of carbon trim which I intend to install unless anyone desparately wants to keep the wood!)
• 4 former keepers
• No modifications
Maintenance:
Well looked after in my ownership and previously.
In my ownership:
• Full wheel refurb at Lepsons – amazing job – and not a mark on the wheels
• Four Goodyear Eagle F1 asymmetric 3 tyres all with 7.5mm tread – done less than 400 miles
• Just had 4-wheel alignment at Audi, including new track rod end, and health check by Audi this week – all clear.
• CV boot replaced at Audi
• New steering wheel and gearknob last year at Audi (insurance claim following a theft). As you can imagine both are in fantastic condition
• Serviced at Audi October 2016 at 52,576 miles
• New MAF and clutch switch
• Mot till Jan 2019
In previous owner’s ownership:
Full Audi history including the following major items:
• Front DRC, clutch, flywheel and hydraulic pipe replaced@ 44,435
• Both Aux Rads replaced @ 38,863
Condition
Really good condition all round. One or two extremely minor chips and marks to bodywork, to be expected from a 12-year old car, but you have to look very had to see them.
Exhaust flaps were disabled by Audi.
Only negative is that the driver’s side seat bolsters do not hold pressure when inflated.
£18,500 ONO.
I am located in Wandsworth, SW London.
Edit: I have today renewed the Audi Warranty this car has had since new. All component cover with a £250 excess. In the year and a half I have not had to use this cover, but it does provide absolute peace of mind to any owner, as it is fully transferable, and can be continued each year until the car reaches 100,000 miles. If the purchaser wants this, it can be provided as part of any negotiation on price.
