Hello all, I'm predominantly an SRS member due to the large B5 community there but thought I would post this up here in case anybody is interested.
Welcome to the reluctant sale of my B5 RS4 in Nogaro Blue Pearl Effect. I have owned the car for almost a year and in that time it has been put to good use. The car is a well-known AudiSRS forum car and one of the strongest stage two RS4’s about. It has in my opinion just the right balance of useable power and everyday drive-ability. Due to a change in personal circumstance the car will need a new home. My original member's car thread can be found here: my-first-noggy-t69588.html
Current mileage is 111,500 (may rise slightly) with full service history, 3 keys and original booklets. Specification as follows:
Engine
◉ MRC Remap (481.7ps and 709nm)
◉ Wagner 3" downpipes with 100 cell cats
◉ Miltek dual cat back exhaust
◉ ICM delete with TFSI coilpacks
◉ MRC high flow filter
◉ Tanoga shortshifter
Brakes
◉ Red C5 RS6 front calipers (No brake judder even under hard braking)
◉ VW Phaeton front discs with B7 RS4 bells
◉ Upgraded brake hoses
◉ Red OEM rear calipers with OEM discs
Interior
◉ FBSW (Modified OEM B5 RS4 by Royal Steering Wheels)
◉ Upgraded speakers all round
◉ Recaro Hi-Tec seats (heated)
◉ Carbon interior trim
Exterior
◉ Black roof rails (Original factory option)
◉ Anodized (smoked) window surrounds (Original factory option)
◉ Aero wipers
◉ Electric tilt/slide sunroof
◉ Colour coded wing mirrors
Wheels/Tyres
◉ 8.5J x 18 OEM RS4 Alloys (Hard type)
◉ 255/35/18 Ultrac Sessanta tyres
During its lifetime the car has benefited from a camshaft replacement and top end rebuild carried out by MRC, new front suspension arms, a brand new OEM interior carpet, DIS replacement and has had a timing belt service carried out by CJ Mechanical in December ‘17. This included a full annual service, new after run pump and oil cooler pipe. The next service will be due at 10/12/2018. The timing belt will be due again in 4 years or 40,000 miles - whichever comes first.
The car is in great condition considering its age. Cosmetically there are the usual stone chips to the front bumper, a scratch on the rear bumper and a small dent in the tailgate. The car will also come with brand new front fog light grilles (not yet fitted) as the original items had damaged clips. Also available via separate negotiation are 2 x SID Motorsport replacement EGT circuit boards, OEM RS4 aluminium wing mirror caps and a CANGate module allowing seamless technical integration of the newer RNS-E sat-nav unit.
Price: £19,000
Car will be advertised elsewhere. No P/X. Enquiries via PM.
