SOLD - B7 RS4 Avant - Sprint Blue

My B7 RS4 Avant in Sprint Blue is up for sale. I wasn't planning on selling it but i've got the opportunity to get my Bosses B8 at a good price as he's moving to a B9.
The car belonged to a forum member before i owned it. I thought i'd see if there's any interest on here before it goes on the trader as i'd prefer it to go to a forum member!
The car has a full service history which i'll detail below and has been maintained regardless of cost, with all the common faults addressed and dealt with. When i took ownership of the car i had a lot of work carried out by Unit 20 to get the car to where i wanted it.

56 Plate
Options include Bucket seats, Flat bottomed steering wheel, Sat Nav, Carbon Fiber Inlays, Electric Sunroof, Heated Seats, Bose stereo system with 6 disk CD changer in glove box, Front & Rear parking sensors, Cruise Control.
The car is totally standard except for the alarm which i upgraded to a Cobra Can bus alarm which integrates into the key so there's no extra fob necessary. The Alarm has a Shock Sensor and a microwave sensor inside the car should a window be left down.
I've also had Pentagon Supaglass fitted to the four door windows so they can't be smashed from the outside without some serious force. See http://www.pentagonglass.com/supaglass/
The car has Gen 3 DRC shockers all round. Oil cooler replaced and connecting pipes Denso taped around the joint to stop any chance of future corrosion. Both Aux radiators recently replaced.

NSF and OSR shock absorbers were replaced (Gen 3 DRC) at 48,485mls on the 16/04/12.
Oil cooler and pipes replaced at 66,209mls on the 28/02/14 (copper greased and sealed with Denso tape when i took ownership to stop any chance of corrosion)
Unit 20 work carried out 29/05/15 around 72K:
NSR and OSF shockers replaced (GEN3 DRC all round now)
DRC Drain, Repressure
New Clutch & Flywheel (inc all related parts)
Gearbox Oil Changed
Rear Diff oil Changed
New Fuel Filter
Carbon Clean (Manifold Gaskets & Pressure control valve included)
Both Aux Radiators replaced - 05/01/18
MOT passed with no advisories - 05/01/18
Alloy wheels refurbished - 01/04/18
The car drives great. Has a noticeable kick at 5K.
Car has also had both clutch switches done as the engine used to race a bit when parking etc. That sorted the issue.
Also at the last service the Airbox solenoid that opens the power flap was replaced as that was found to be defective. Full working now.
Car is in Leeds/Bradford area.
