sort the leather out

1) clean thoroughly with a leather cleaner, use a soft bristle brush (new paintbrush will do)

2) get a hair dryer on those leather indents to remould and tighten them up

3) then use the hot towel method on the seats

roll up a few microfibre cloths, put in bowel, add water ... put in micro wave for 5 mins - then lay on seats until cold

repeat a further two times

4) after all of that, apply a leather conditioner (liquid leather)

will look brand new after that
