E92 Monte Carlo M3, 2009, EDC, Competition & Service Pack

Post by Champers » Tue Nov 01, 2016 3:49 pm

After much deliberation, I have decided now is the time to part with my 2009 59 E92 Monte Carlo Edition M3. Only reason being, I have ordered an F80 M3.

Since day 1 I have enjoyed every minute of this car and it has been maintained to the highest of standards, visually and mechanically, regardless of cost. To say this car has been pampered, is an understatement. For any potential buyers looking for a Monte Carlo Edition M3, you’ll be very much aware of what these cars are about, and how sought after they are, so I shall waste no further time.

Having owned an array of high performance vehicles, I realised finding an M3 in the spec I desired would be a tall task. After viewing several, with no joy, I took it upon myself to travel from the North East of Scotland, to Cotswold BMW in Cheltenham and purchased the car in question. Please note, it is an approved example and comes with service pack, which is valid until April 2017.
Overall, the car is in excellent condition and was the best out of every other example I viewed, some even with lower miles.

Note - Comprehensive BMW Warranty valid until 29th April 2017

The body work is in exceptionally good condition with minor, minor stone chips to the front bumper/bonnet and even less on the rear.

Although the car was already in superb condition, a full correction was carried out on April 13th 2014, to remove minor swirl marks, condition and also enhance the depth and clarity of the unique colour. In addition to this, all surfaces have been sealed with G-Techniq Crystal Serum, which consist of bodywork, glass, arches, engine bay and full interior. All work was carried out by highly respected and certified firm, AM Details, for a cost of £1750, which can be seen in the receipt. Since being carried out the car has covered an incredibly low 565 miles and was and is maintained by myself, using the best detailing products available and also AM Details accordingly. The Crystal Serum has a guarantee of 7 years and can be topped up annually from a certified G-Techniq dealer. Please note the G-Teqniq top up was carried out 14th June 2016 by AM Details at a cost of £170, the car has since covered 93 miles.

The interior is also in exceptionally good condition and I'm pleased to report, no marks to the rear of the front seats. Rear seats are like new.

Purchased April 30th 2014 with 57902 miles. Currently 60665 miles. Generally, the car has seen very, very little use and the fact I work Offshore means it is used less than 6 months out of the year, it is also only driven by myself.

Mechanically, the car is sound and any faults have been addressed, as you will read shortly.

Usual specification including EDC and Competition Packs.

All servicing has been carried out on time and accordingly by Cotswald BMW, John Clark BMW Aberdeen and most recently Inspection 2 at Harry Fairbairn Inverness.

I'm sure there are points which I have missed out. I can be contacted via the number provided, or email for any queries.
