As some of you will know, I have now parted with my B7 RS4 and have an empty garage and cash burning a hole in my pocket...

Ideally the car will be white or Sepang (anything other than red or black would be considered though.

I'm looking for a straight low owner / lowish mileage C6 RS6 Avant, ideally with as many of the following option boxes ticked (ordered by preference).

• Ceramics
  Advanced Key
  Adaptive Cruise Control
  Sunroof
  MMI 3G
  Power door closure
  Twin pane glass

Cash waiting for the right car. I've already browsed every RS6 for sale on Pistonheads and Autotrader and only a couple stand out - I'm hoping someone else is out there ready to let me look after their car

I didn't get a chance to see any today - hopefully this coming week though!

That one ticks several boxes - sunroof, sepang, etc but I don't think it's worth £30k as identical cars are going for £27-28k online. If it had ceramics I'd be very interested indeed!

I may end up having to get a cheap car (£25k or something) and retrofit the brakes...

Still saved me a 3 hour return drive to find out they're not taking offers...

thats been on sale for at least a year...firstly by heathrow car sales who had it on ebay for god knows how long!!!!!then was on their website lol
must be something not right about it.

I know you don't want a black car, but the 89k mile car on the forum with ceramics and a warranty seems a good bet. The warranty would be invaluable on one of these cars. Still not that many C6's specced with ceramics. An awful lot more that the b7's, but still not that manny in reality.

That's part of the problem - the distance. And I'm not a fan of the interior. Or the tinted windows and dark wheels. And it doesn't have a sunroof (obviously, being a scottish car ). These are quite personal things obviously so I really don't mean any offence.

I will be getting an audi extended warranty on anything I buy for sure. But having one on there already is a bonus of course.

Ross, like you say it's personal preference. For me though a sunroof just adds a load of weight up top and doesn't help the handling. In reality I'm not sure how much this affects such a heavy car but that's my view. Tints can be removed easily and cheaply in an afternoon. Wheels are just a refurb away. Interior is another matter though as its were you're going to be sitting most of the time. Distance... Worth traveling to get a good spec/right car.

marc you are correct,i travelled 450 miles to get this one........the only options i had to have was ceramics and warranty,for me silver leather looks the dogs bollocks in a black car,but then again its personal choice.....
