Audi RS4 2007 Daytona Grey with transferable Audi warranty

We've got a lovely Audi RS4 4.2 in Daytona Pearl Grey with Audi comprehensive transferable warranty until Jan 2015 (includes RAC roadside assist) currently for sale for £23,295.
It is an immaculate car with 38,750 miles and FASH and the next service is not due until summer 2015. 12 months MOT and 6 months tax. It's just had Audi Health Check - no advisories (DRC dampers all clear). Wheels have been fully refurbished, drivers side seat bolster in perfect condition, sat nav screen unmarked. The whole car is in near perfect condition, always garaged. Even the brakes have had little use since renewal.
This car has been owned by people that really care for and understand RS4s. Previous owner was a senior military engineer - exhaust flaps always kept oiled, tire pressure monitoring valves replaced and engine checked for flapper valve sticking. We have continued the meticulous ownership including checking the DRC dampers recently.
