622BHP 2006 RS4 B7 Sedan TTS Supercharged - LHD

Hi,
I am selling my modified RS4 B7 Sedan, probably only few similar in Europe. The car is based in Poland and I am mainly marketing it locally but given the extent of modifications it may be appealing to some of the international buyers:
Base specs:
- 2006
- Daytona Grey
- Sedan
- mileage: 90 000 km
- black 19'' Audi RS4 rims
- first registeration in Germany; since 2008 registered in Poland
Mods:
- Engine: TTS supercharger: 622bhp (installed in April 2012) - c. 7000 km since installation; custom made air intake
- Exhaust: Full 2.75'' custom made exhaust (100 cell race cats)
- Clutch: FX 400 clutchmaster clutch + light flywheel (stock clutch also available)
- Suspension: Stasis Motorsport Ohlins Suspension (fully adjustable) + adjustable control arms (034motorsport) + anti roll bars (F+R) + Limited Slip Differential (rear)
- Brakes: Omni Competition brake kit (404mm front / 365mm rear) + hydraulic hand brake
- Gearbox: Short shifter kit
- Bodywork: Vented bonnet (+ stock one for
- Tyres: 4 sets: Michelin Super Sports (almost new), Toyo r888 (almost new), Michelin Slicks (new - not used), winter tyres
- Interior: no mods except for 4-point harness which can be installed for track day
- Spares: Bilstein suspension
- C. 50,000 EUR spent on the mods in the last 18 months (have all invoices)
The car is very nicely balanced with neutral to oversteer feel to it. It is very fast both in straight line (stock GT-R fast) and on the track (faster than most supercars on similar tyres). Given adj. suspension it is relatively comfortable as a daily driver.
Car has been looked after by top Audi tuner - Sportmile - and is in mint conditions. Originally thought it would be my both daily driver and track day car but decided to take up racing in my Radical SR3 and use my RS6 as a daily driver. Hence the car has been tracked 3 times only and had little use.
