Low milage is good but history is better IMHO a higher milage well looked after car is better than a low milage one that hasnt been but good look with your search

Less than 100k cars seem to be holding their value better, low mileage n lots of history and you will have depreciation free motoring !!
And check the turbo's for any smoke or vibration cos they aint cheap
I have seen a couple of starship mileage cars around 7-8k but you would expect an engine overhaul wouldn't be far off and that would cost £3k plus.

Good luck matey, obviously you know an HPi is imperitive on these cars as an alarming number seem to have left the road backwards. I would also get an inspection done mviuk.co.uk are excellent ( remember it may be unrecorded so 150 squids may save you from losing significantly more ).
There was recently an RS6 on ebay that someone bought with a clean HPi then found out the car was out of kilter after a major impact and would cost in excess of £10k to fix properly, he bought the car for 12k and sold it for 4k OUCH

please help there must be someone with a car they are contemplating selling as the search is proving fruitless through conventional methods and I'm starting to get desperate , I've a stunning e46 m3 with low miles and csl's which I might throw into the deal if someone's interested, any colour but must be as clean as possible . regards Simon
