I think I peaked too soon, i was about 10 years too early in buying the car but by then they'd be too old for me to have one. I'm glad I did and by far the most capable car I've ever owned, it's just not me.

I have a 4yr old yellow lab called Jack. He doesn't seem to mind the boot of the RS, even in sports mode!

How will Jack get on in the S3?.

He'll be fine. Used to have a Mk5 GTi and the Leon Cupra before the RS4. He was fine in both, he tends to lie down as soon as we start moving, only sits up when we stop. I tend not to take him on long journeys anyway these days as we have a dog sitter for when we go away anywhere.

Now that looks stunning. No doubt it would push the RS4 as i think in a straight line my old Leon K1 would push the RS4, it pushed a new shape RS6 on a private bit of road

Now found the right car so reduced to £23k including the plate or £22k without.

I've decided on the S3. Set myself a budget for mods and been to see 2 close to me. Prefer the white one, but the blue one is much cheaper, so thinking Viynl wrap!
