2007 RS4 B7 Avant

I’m selling my lovely 2007 B7 RS4 Avant. Daytona Grey, with factory ‘black pack’, black leather with silver stitching, wingback sports seats, sports steering wheel with flat bottom, sunroof, tech pack (including parking sensors).
The car has covered 96,350 miles, and I have owned it since January 2023. In that time I have spent in excess of £9,500 in improving and maintaining the car.
In particular, please note the following recent works:
The car was serviced 250 miles ago at VAS Motion, a specialist near Guildford.
A new battery and spark plugs (all Audi OEM parts) were fitted at this last service.
Matching P-Zero tyres, front tyres are brand new with fresh alignment.
New front discs, new pads all round, new fluid were fitted in September 2023, car has only covered 1000 miles since.
In March 2023, I took the car to well-known specialist MRC Tuning. They de-coked the engine (a coked engine can run up to 10% down on power). They also de-flapped the intake manifolds (I did this as a preventative measure, after reading about cases of failure). They then ran their Stage 2 map. The car produced 443bhp on their dyno (I have the print-outs in the document pack). This work was done 2,500 miles ago, so the engine is in excellent health.
MRC also changed the gearbox and diff oil, and carried out a service.
The exhaust is standard, but the valves are set to ‘open’ – the engine has a lovely burble, including at idle/low revs, but is not loud/attention drawing.
In early 2023, a Pioneer AV unit was fitted. This has wireless Apple CarPlay. The original unit (fully functioning) comes with the car).
The bodywork/paintwork is very good. The car has PPF to the front end. The whole car was ceramic coated last year, and still looks great. A few stone chips, but it’s very good for a 17 year old car. The wheels are excellent, no kerb marks etc. Interior is in good condition – no noticeable wear to the bolsters (which work correctly in Sport mode). I have used mats on top of the original mats, so these are in good condition.
The DRC was removed in 2022, and replaced with Koni coilovers. The car rides and handles very well.
The car also comes with a full size spare wheel, and load liner.

The history file is excellent. All the above services are stamped in the book. I have an extensive folder of receipts going back to 2007, and have kept every receipt for the £9.5k I have spent under my ownership.
The car comes with both keys, the original book pack. I even have the original build sheet/order form, and correspondence from the original owner when placing the order with Audi Hatfield in late 2006. The car has spent its life in London/the home counties, and I know the prior owner (who lives nearby), and have spoken to the two owners before that – all of whom cherished the car. In my ownership, the car has formed part of a small collection, it has been used frequently, but only as a weekend/sunny day car. Of course, it has been run on high octane fuel only, and carefully brought up to temperature with each journey.
