B7 RS4 Avant Daytona Grey

Thinking about selling my B7 RS4 avant. Only owned it for a few months but needing a van again is taking priority.
Mileage is 77k and bodywork is immaculate except for some minor lacquer peel on rear bumper. Alloy wheels have just been refurbished and plenty of tread left on all tyres.
MOT’d until Feb ‘19 with no advisories.
Full service history and recent carbon clean.
Just had new front brake discs Imageand pads. And new rear brake pads.
Comfort electric and heated front seats. RNS-E Bose stereo with navigation, 6 CD changer, aux input and Bluetooth. Multifunction steering wheel. Cruise control. Front armrest with phone mount inside.

Looking for around £18,495 but open to offers.
Great original car with lots of documentation.
