Good morning all,

With a heavy heart I am going to be selling my RS C6 Avant on, having got a new job only 2 miles from where I live. The full advert will be going on PistonHeads this weekend just thought I would give the opportunity for someone on this site to buy a true enthusiast owned RS6.

I am looking for £29500 with the private plate, I am open to very sensible offers. Full Audi history, within the last month a visual health check at Chandler’s ford Audi, and full Health check by Doug and the Guys @ MRC Tuning prior to a stage 2 engine and gearbox map.

Is anyone paying that? Early C7 not that far away now. I wouldn’t fork out 30k on what is a ten year plus old platform and nearly a ten year old model.

need to put a bit of effort into the ad, better pics and description to sell a car with 56k miles on it.

When viewing multiple RS6 C6’s most would have needed attention within months of buying ie brakes, tyres and these were being sold by dealers for between 25-30k.

And yes like most RS owners I consider mine to be the best out there for sale as we all love our cars, the advert was not supposed to offend anyone. The price is quite obviously negotiable as it would be on a forecourt. It’s just what I THINK the car is worth not what I will
Get for it.

Way too much for a molested example.....meanwhile in the real world you can get an unmolested three year old C7 under 30k miles for £50somethingK on a finance deal that will put your monthly payments in the same ball park.

750 bhp lowish mileage. Full audi history, mrc healthcheck done. Id say its got to be worth £26-28k. Molested is a strong word !

In reflection to the current market the asking price is now 30k with a bit of negotiation to be had. As all petrolheads know it’s hard to price your own car realistically when you’ve spent circa 4K in short ownership. Now advertised on PistonHeads

I payed £30k two years ago for a 39k mile car. Probably put another £10k into it on upgrades and maintainence.

My Stg II was not far off £30k a few months back with 53k miles. It then needed a pair of tyres, rear brake Pads and a new oil seal (under warranty) then a £1100 warranty renewal on top lol. What a car though !
