I'd definitely add 'gearbox replaced 2015' into your opening summary at the top! :beerchug:

Is the current mileage mentioned? I've read through it 3 times and can't for the mong of me see it.
Does look a tidy car. Are they recent pictures?
previous- Pug 205 gti, 306 gti, 309 gti Goodwood.
Audi S3, S4 V8 avant.
Porsche Macan Turbo.
Gone but NEVER forgotten - C5 RS6 Misano red avant.

Now - Empty garage

7 years between timing belts  You/owner at the time were lucky.

Timing belt was also replaced in 2012 but I've misplaced the invoice so I've not added it to the list. Belt has been done again recently so nothing to worry about for potential new owner.

Err without being rude I think you can throw the book about of the window on these, if indeed what you are alluding to is the glasses guide value!?
Value is subjective on these, it's not a Mondeo LX that has just been de fleeted that CAP's and Books with a definitive value. The value is in the condition and where it is upto in terms of maintenance.

Really bam bam ? Why is there a need to comment on it's worth this that and the other. How silly to make comments like this!
Car is immaculate and there are very few with this sort of mileage left plus it's just had all the big money items done.
